Founded in Hong Kong in 1983, Peng's Group launched its cosmetics brand PAT'S in the same year. In 1991, it expanded into mainland China and established a production and R&D base in Shenzhen, embarking on the research, development, production and sales of its proprietary brands. Peng's (Huizhou) Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was registered in 2013. In 2020, the Group invested nearly 1 billion RMB to complete its China headquarters — Peng's High-Tech Industrial Park. Undergoing a second strategic transformation, it has focused on OEM, OBM and ODM services to fuel the growth of cosmetics brands.
Located in Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Peng's High-Tech Industrial Park covers an area of 120 mu. Its 17-storey R&D building spans around 20,000 square meters, while the dust-free workshops and warehouses occupy a total of 100,000 square meters. The enterprise has obtained certifications including US GMPC, ISO22716, ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001.
